Pain > Wrist Pain > Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by the median nerve becoming compressed, causing pain and numbness that extends from the wrist to the fingers.
When suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome, you may experience limited range of mobility, pain in the wrist, hand, and fingers, cramping, tingling, muscle spasms, and numbness.
We treat carpal tunnel syndrome by using heat and cold to eliminate any painful symptoms, and then we do stretching exercises to increase mobility in the wrist and fingers and strengthening exercises to help turn the wrist, grip things, and move your hands without pain.
