All prices are subject to change but we will always inform you of any changes when you schedule your appointment.
We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit card, we do not offer accounts or credit. We do not accept American Express. Patients are politely requested to settle their fees after each visit.
Should you need to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to enable us to offer your appointment to someone else who may need it or is on our waiting list. Patients providing less than 24 hours notice or failure to turn up for a booked appointment will be charged at the full rate.
If you have not received care from us within the last 18 months you will need a re-examination and registration update. This is similar to an initial consultation and you should allow 30 minutes for this appointment, the cost for this appointment is set at the Physical Assessment rate.
In the unlikely event that you may need to discontinue care and you have pre-paid for a course of treatment, the remaining credit will be refunded via the following formula: the total number of visits received multiplied by the full correction fee subtracted from the amount paid.
We are bound by the data protection act 1998. All your personal data, records and information is kept safe and is never shared with third parties without your specific signed consent.
You are welcome to bring any old x-rays to your Physical Assessment if you feel they may be helpful, however, these cannot be stored at Pain & Mobility Clinic, Birmingham ABC LTD as they remain your property.
