Where Does It Hurt?



We often see tension headaches with pain referring to the top of the head, behind the eyes, or the temples. These kinds of headaches are often caused by poor posture, chin jutting, jaw clenching, tight neck and shoulder muscles, and weak muscles on the front of the neck.

At our Pain & Mobility Clinic, Birmingham we give patients the tools to retrain their posture to reduce headaches symptoms including: stretching and strengthening exercises, a daily mobility routine and a nutrition program to reduce any food triggers.
